Our Story
Cube³ was founded to create simply
delicious pastries, enhancing Asian,
especially Chinese, ingredients and
flavors through the use of both
Chinese and French baking and
pastry techniques.
Our Founder
Shirley Yu grew up in China without
any baking experience. After she had
her first oatmeal cookie bake in
high school, she immediately fell
in love with baking and moved abroad
to the United States to study Baking
and Pastry Arts at Johnson &
Wales University.
After graduating, she further developed
her expertise and perfected her craft
by working at Restaurant Daniel,
Eleven Madison Park, and DOMI.

What is your delivery policy?
Please check our Instagram to see the exact delivery dates for Manhattan deliveries.
For Sample Tasting Box delivery, our driver will start to deliver at 12 pm. Our driver will contact you via the number you provided on the order form. If we cannot get in touch with you, we will leave it with your doorman and keep delivering to the next order. We cannot reschedule deliveries, so be sure to have your phone by your side!
For other areas, please get in touch with us through Instagram or email to inquire about the delivery fee and minimum order.
How far in advance do I have to order?
For pick-ups, please place your order at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.
For Manhattan deliveries, please place your order at least 24 hours (1 day) in advance.
If I do not like certain items from the Sample Box, can I swap out items?
Unfortunately, we cannot swap out any items in the Sample Box.
Can I order for pickup?
Yes, you can! You can pick your orders up from Wednesday-Sunday, 1pm- 6pm in Flushing, Queens. Contact us directly for further details.
How do I cancel my order?
Please understand we are a very small business. If you have to cancel your order, let us know at least 48 hours before your delivery time and we will give you a refund.
Any cancellations on the day of your order will be subject to a cancellation fee (50% of the order cost).
For Sample Tasting Box, due to our products being perishable, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for any personal reasons or causes.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payments through Venmo or Zelle.
